We count page views and direct affiliate link uses to understand which content and links are useful and improve this site. This first-party aggregate counter runs independently of optional Google Analytics consent. It does not count unique people, bookings or revenue, build profiles or combine browsing between sites. It uses no visitor cookies, persistent device storage or fingerprinting and stores no IP address, browser identifier, referrer or URL query. Daily totals by page, language and link are retained for up to 180 days; unrelated random event receipts are deleted within 24 hours. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. Cloudflare provides hosting and the EU database and still processes network data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. This is an independent information site. Bookings and payments are handled by third-party providers and platforms.

3. Data and retention
- •Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes technical browser requests.
- •Information you send to info@britishvirginislandstours.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Gmail inbox. It is used to handle your request and kept for as long as necessary for that purpose and applicable obligations.
- •Google Analytics 4 loads only after your consent. Event data retention is set to 2 months and user data retention to 14 months; user retention resets on new activity. We send page views and partner interaction events with page URLs stripped of query strings and fragments, and referring origins or the previous site page without its query. We do not send User-ID or user-provided data.

GetYourGuide booking widgets load on activity pages and receive browser requests independently of the analytics choice. Weather pages embed Windy; hotel partner links lead to Stay22 and booking providers. Each external service applies its own privacy policy and may process data outside the EEA.
